Who we work for
Owners, renters, managing agents, and boards in all of Manhattan, in Hudson-side Bronx neighborhoods such as Riverdale, Spuyten Duyvil, and Kingsbridge, and in select nearby neighborhoods in southern Westchester, Brooklyn, and Queens. See service areas. Most of our jobs are prewar apartments: plaster walls, radiators, deep trim, and buildings with posted work hours.
How we work

- Building paperwork handled. We prepare the certificate of insurance naming your building and managing agent, and a written scope your board or super can approve.
- One crew for paint and floors. One schedule, one COI, and one scope.
- Occupied apartments. We work room by room, cover furniture and floors, and clean up every day.
- 72-hour turnaround on defined scopes.
- 12-month workmanship warranty. If something we did fails within 12 months, we come back and fix it.
